Aquaponic Worm Farm

I added some "aquaponic worms" to my system and already they are eating algae! i am thinking these are nightcrawlers or red wigglers but i am not to sure jus.... The worm farm one of the basics that everyone should be looking at building when they start-up an aquaponics garden is a worm farm. a worm farm is cheap to build and easy to put together and is fantastic for a work on project with the kids.. A "worm farm" is a different matter, most veg scraps are ok, i'd avoide acidic (oranges/tomatoes and such), and meats/grease - i save my eggshells for the growbeds as they help buffer the ph and add calcium to the systems.
